- Reviews and processes graduate applications
- Evaluates domestic and international academic documents required for admission
- Advises departments on admission policies and procedures
- Manages the graduate application system
- Assists with coordination of GEPA events

## Profile

Mabel was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Political Science and French. Her MA is from the University of Birmingham (UK) in International Relations. She previously worked in special education for Grossmont Union High School District and as a Project Assistant for San Diego Community College District's Career Education and Workforce Development department.

## Fun Fact

Mabel enjoys cooking and reading in her spare time, and has two children, ages 7 and 5.
