- Please make sure to talk to your faculty mentor / research mentor to confirm they approve you attending this full-day conference
- Our registration deadline is July 2, 2025
- This event will have limited seats. An email and Outlook with location details will be sent to students on July 7, 2025 to confirm seats
- Students registering after July 2, 2025 will be waitlisted and will receive an email about their status on July 11, 2025
