Dr. Farouk completed his doctoral degree in August 2023 in sustainable construction using Ultra-high performance-normal strength concrete (UHPC-NSC) from Tianjin University, China, where he investigated the performance of the UHPC-NSCcomposite bridge column for coastal areas. His doctoral research focused on the study of the characterization of the Interface Bonding Performance of UHPC-NSC and the Mechanical Properties of UHPC-NSC Composite column. His master’s research focused on developing crumbrubber-based asphaltfor sustainable pavement construction using a dry process approach. Throughout my academic journey, he has honed my skills in experimental design, finite element analysis, quantitative analysis, and artificial intelligence.
