## What if I am not satisfied with the editing of my manuscript?

Under standard service, CACTUS-EDITAGE will provide unlimited free rounds for Premium Editing and one free round for Advanced Editing. However, if the author is not satisfied with the edit, then CACTUS-EDITAGE will provide free re-editing irrespective of the service chosen, and if the author is still not happy, Editage will refund the fees charged.

## Can I pay for editorial services through my funded research project?

Yes, but only if the project is externally funded. See Section 5 ([Application Procedure](https://ri.kfupm.edu.sa/dr/scholarly-support/editing-services#application-procedure)).

## Which document formats are acceptable?

The acceptable document formats are MS Word and Latex. (However, no formatting is provided if the document is in Latex.)

## Will I be reimbursed if my document is edited at a personal rate that is different from that of KFUPM?

You will only be reimbursed if your personal rate is equal to or lower than the KFUPM rate.
