Smart Personal Protective Equipment for Industry 4.0 (SPPE)

\

The Smart Personal Protective Equipment (SPPE) for Industry 4.0 project is an innovative startup initiative aimed at revolutionizing worker safety in high-risk industrial environments. This system features an IoT-connected smart helmet equipped with advanced sensors to monitor vital parameters, including heart rate, site temperature, humidity, and toxic gases, while providing real-time localization, emergency alerts, and stress detection via biosensors and machine learning algorithms. With secure NFC-based multi-level machine access control, RFID-based worker authentication, encrypted data management, and seamless connectivity through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, SPPE enables continuous health monitoring, instant hazard warnings, and predictive maintenance. Designed with robust hardware and a user-friendly app interface, this solution empowers both workers and supervisors to proactively mitigate risks, enhance workplace safety, and leverage personalized health analytics, paving the way for the next generation of industrial protection in smart factories.
