The speaker is Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Tahir Associate Professor at the Chemistry Department, KFUPM.

He has more than 17 years of academic experience. He completed his PhD in 2006 from Johannes Gutenberg University (JGU) of Mainz, Germany. His research publication list reflects interdisciplinary contributions with main interests involving the development of innovative, green, and sustainable nanomaterials and their surface engineering He has published ≈ 190 ISI-indexed peer-reviewed scientific journals articles, 2 books, 6 book chapters, and 4 patents with an h-index # 49, and citations # 7400.
