Vision

IRC-HTCM shall be an internationally recognized research center that creates knowledge and develops innovative technologies in the fields of Hydrogen and Carbon Management.

Mission

IRC- HTCM will be the platform through which KFUPM shall develop Hydrogen and Carbon Management technologies that enable its members to carry out world class research in areas of strategic importance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
