## How to apply for conferences for support?

The application is submitted through ERP (E-Business) or through the DR website, which has the appropriate link.

## Are there any criteria to select conferences?

The DR has announced a list of conferences, categorized as A\*, A and B ([flagship conferences](https://ri.kfupm.edu.sa/docs/droclibraries/public-kfupm/forms/research-support/dr-flagship-conferences-dashboard.xlsx?sfvrsn=bfe3905e_29)), the conferences are selected from this list for attendance.

## How many days before the conference dates, the conference application should reach the conference office?

At least 30 working days (approximately six weeks)

## What is meant by a regional conference?

Conferences held in the regions O, A, B, C are deemed as regional conferences.
