## Global Exchange Fellowship - Inbound

In its ongoing effort to foster global collaboration and provide its students with a rich, diverse learning environment, KFUPM is proud to welcome students from partner institutions around the world through our Global Exchange Fellowship. Established as a cornerstone of our internationalization strategy, the Global Exchange Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to experience the academic rigor and vibrant campus life of KFUPM. Since its inception in 2008, the program has aimed to create a dynamic cultural exchange, enriching both our incoming students and our own academic community.

## Objectives

#### Cultural and Academic Enrichment

Provide students with a comprehensive cultural immersion and academic experience in Saudi Arabia, enhancing cross-cultural understanding and global awareness.

Facilitate students' enrollment in specialized courses at KFUPM, promoting academic collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Equip students with hands-on experience and technical skills through practical work and mentorship at Aramco.

Offer students exposure to the operational and strategic aspects of Aramco, facilitating networking opportunities with industry professionals.

## Program Process

#### 1. Exchange application:

Begin your application. The deadline for the Spring semester is Aug 28, 2025.

#### 2. Application review:

After the application deadline, submissions will be reviewed and decisions will be made regarding which students are selected for an interview or declined.

#### 3. Interview:

Interviews will be conducted for selected applications.

#### 4. Exchange program acceptance:

Applicants will be informed of the final decision, indicating whether they have been accepted or declined.

#### 5. Passport and Visa:

A valid passport or travel document is required for exchange. Information on the visa process & requirements will be sent following the issuance of the acceptance latter.
