Dr. Fazal E. Jalal joins IRC-CBM as a Post Doctoral Fellow

Dr. Fazal E. Jalal hold a Ph.D. degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China. H has authored and co-authored 68 SCI publications to date. His research mainly focuses on ground improvement by deploying AI techniques (ANN and GP-based approaches, among others). He explores the sustainable use of agro-industrial wastes in expansive clays and novel biopolymers in sandy granitic soils. In addition, his endeavors also extend to the pursuit of sustainability in civil engineering practices.
