To be a leading engineering research and specialized testing and consulting services provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

##### Mission

To provide high quality services in metrology, high voltage testing, testing and evaluation of civil engineering materials and facilities, non-destructive testing (NDT), and multiphase flow to the local industry, government and private organizations.
