IRC-MWS organized a Webinar delivered by Prof. Faisal Hai under the title "Membrane-Based Treatment Processes for the Removal of Emerging Contaminants"

Prof. Faisal Hai is the Director of the Strategic Water Infrastructure Lab at the University of Wollongong, Australia. He also serves as the President of the Membrane Society of Australasia and is the Interim Head of the School of Engineering. His research expertise lies in advanced water and wastewater treatment technologies, with a strong focus on the removal of emerging contaminants. He is the Lead Editor of the book Membrane Biological Reactors, which is ranked among IWAPublishing’s top 5% bestsellers. In recognition of his contributions to research mentorship, he received the UOW Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Research Supervision (2022).
