## Front Desk Services

**Location:** We are located at 2400 Nueces St., Suite B.

**Hours:** The Texas Global front desk is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

The front desk can help with general questions and previously scheduled document pick-ups. The front desk staff are not ISSS advisors and cannot provide immigration advising.

## Signature Hours

International students and scholars may walk in to request:

- I-20 or DS-2019 travel signatures (students and scholars)
- Social Security Employment Verification Letter signatures (students only)

Please note that these services are also available for students and scholars via [myIO](http://isss.io.utexas.edu/) and do not have to be done on a walk-in basis.

## Express Advising

For international students with quick questions.

- No appointment needed
- For quick immigration questions or quick questions about pending requests

**Location:** 2400 Nueces St., Suite B

**Check-in hours:**

- **Starting April 6:** Mondays, 1-1:30 p.m.
- Fridays, 9-11:30 a.m.
- Wednesdays, 1-3:30 p.m.
