In case of emergency, please follow the steps below:

### International Student and Scholars

#### Immigration Related Emergencies

Refer to the [ISSS immigration emergency page](https://global.utexas.edu/isss/about/emergency "Emergency Information").

#### Non Immigration Related Emergencies

Personal injury, urgent and unexpected hospitalization, sexual assault, automobile accident, robbery, missing persons. If you are experiencing a non-immigration-related emergency:

- If you are on campus, call the UT Police Department at (512) 471-4441. Explain your situation and you will be connected to the appropriate Texas Global staff.
- If you are off campus, call 911.
- After you receive assistance,  [notify ISSS](https://global.utexas.edu/isss/about/contact "Contact ISSS").

### Students, Faculty, and Staff Abroad

#### Emergency Support

Students and employees on university supported travel requiring any type of emergency assistance abroad are instructed to contact On Call International using the contact information below and is available 24/7 to assist with overseas medical, travel, and security emergencies.  As an alternative, students and employees may also call UTPD at +1-512-471-4441.
