After Acceptance (Non-UT Students)

Students must fill out the following forms and e-mail them to their program coordinator as soon as their acceptance is confirmed. All forms must be received one month prior to travel.

• Misconduct Resolution
• Release and Indemnification Agreement
• Health Clearance
• Emergency Medical Authorization & Contact
• Refund Policy

Additionally, you will be asked to provide your flight itinerary and passportinformation to your program's specific coordinator.
