## Risk Rating Legend
### High Risk
An international location is considered **High Risk** and a **Restricted Region** if any one of the following applies:
#### On Call International:
- Level 5 (**Critical**) risk rating or
- Level 4 (**High Risk**) risk rating
#### U.S. Department of State (USDOS) Travel Advisories:
- Level 4: (**Do Not Travel**) travel advisory or
- Level 3: (**Reconsider Travel**) travel advisory
#### Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC):
- Level 3 (**High - Avoid Non-Essential Travel**) travel health notice
#### UT Austin International Oversight Committee (IOC):
- Any country or region of country with emerging threats or risk that is deemed concerning to the safety and wellbeing of employees and students.
