Postdoctoral researchers are an important part of what makes Illinois a vibrant center for research.
The Graduate College serves postdoctoral scholars and their faculty mentors by enhancing the postdoctoral experience and cultivating professional development opportunities. We work to promote and expand postdoctoral career and professional development resources, provide resources for faculty mentors creating mentoring plans for postdoctoral professional development and grant proposals, and join collaborative efforts to address policy impacting postdoctoral scholars
