## Hours

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed daily from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.\
Wednesdays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. No appointments or calls will be taken after noon on Wednesdays.

## Issues Outside of Office Hours

- For immigration issues outside of office hours, email [isss@illinois.edu](https://isss.illinois.edu/about/contact.html) and we will follow up with you as soon as possible during business hours.
- For issues at Customs and Border Patrol when trying to enter the United States, contact the Emergency Dean at [217-649-4129](tel:2176494129).
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
- For non-medical emergencies or need to be connected with SafeWalks and SafeRides, please call UIPD at [217-333-1216](tel:2173331216). You can also call the Crisis Line at [217-359-4141](tel:2173594141) or call Dial-A-Nurse [217-333-2700](tel:2173332700).

If a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent requests access to non-public areas of university property, asks questions, or seeks personally identifiable information or non-public records from university personnel, immediately refer the agent to the [University of Illinois Police Department](https://police.illinois.edu/) and call the UIPD non-emergency number at [217-333-1216](tel:2173331216) to notify them of the agent’s presence.
