To submit Cambridge exam results as an incoming student, [contact us directly](mailto:international-admissions@illinois.edu) with your name, UIN, candidate number, date of birth, testing center number, and series (date) of the exam. The credit policies that apply to 2025-2026 incoming students are shown below. A grade of "C" or above is required in order to transfer credit. Incoming students also have the opportunity to take [departmental proficiency exams](https://citl.illinois.edu/citl-101/measurement-evaluation/placement-proficiency/proficiency-testing/subjects-with-proficiency-exams). Illinois does not accept AS Level test scores for either course placement or course proficiency credit.
