## Description

The Division works on creating sustainable structures, processes and regulatory documents in relevant process areas at Lund University: work environment, health, equal opportunities, provision of expertise, and professional development. The Division acts as support for the University Management regarding decision-making in employer policy matters, provides guidance and training, and carries out initiatives in the Division’s main areas based on the pertinent rules and regulations. The Division also provides process and method support for professional development and internal courses under the administration’s direction.
