## Description

Avdelningen Inköp och upphandling stödjer universitetets verksamheter i hela inköpsprocessen från behov till beställning, det vill säga rådgivning, upphandling enligt lagar om offentlig upphandling (LOU, LUK), avtalshantering och att tillgängliggöra varor och tjänster i avtalskatalog och e-handelssystem.
Avdelningen hanterar rättsliga prövningar av upphandlingar och avtal. Avdelningen genomför även analys av universitetets och fakulteters inköp i syfte att finna besparingsmöjligheter och säkerställa följsamhet till lagar. Avdelningen Inköp och upphandling ansvarar för upphandling som överstiger direktupphandlingsgränsen 700 000 kr.
