## Description

The Division works on creating sustainable structures, processes and regulatory documents within its process area at Lund University and acts as support for the University Management regarding decision-making in employer policy matters. The Division provides guidance and training, and carries out initiatives in its area of expertise: negotiations, agreements, individual and collective labour law, and transition, based on current rules and regulations.
