If you are living on campus, or within the catchment area, we encourage you to register with our campus based National Health Service (NHS) Health Centre.
You will be able to register with the Health Centre via the Enrolment Dashboard.
You'll need the following information to register:
- Term-time address - if you are living on campus you will not know your term time address in advance, therefore, you will be asked to provide permission for the University to pass your address details to the Health Centre to complete your registration.
- NHS number - if you are an international student new to the UK you will not have an NHS number, however if you have obtained a visa to enter the UK please supply your IHS number instead.
- Dates of immunisations - which can be obtained from your current doctor's practice.
- Details of any current medication
Please note:
- You do not need to re-register at the Health Centre if you registered there at the start of your course, AND you will continue to live on campus or in the catchment area in the upcoming academic year. This also includes if you registered with the Health Centre at the start of your undergraduate course and are continuing at Warwick to study your Masters, and you are living on campus or in the Health Centre catchment area.
- If you wish to inform the Health Centre of a change of address, please complete the 'Change of Address form' Please do not complete a new registration form.
