Hi! We are your **Residential Community Assistants (RCAs)** and we are students just like you! We are here to help as you settle into university life 24/7 365 days of the year. Leaving Campus?

Staying Over Vacation

We are here to support during both term time and vacation period. It is important to know if you are still on campus over vacation so can keep you updated on how to access support during this time and provide you with any important information you need to know.

Overnight Guests

Guests are any visitors who stay the night in your residence. You can have a guest to stay with you on a Friday and Saturday night. We ask that you let us know when your guests will be staying; this is so that we know who is staying on campus and can ensure the safety of our campus community. Peer Support

We are students ourselves and know what it is liking living on campus and adjusting to university life. Sometimes speaking to someone who has experienced it before can be helpful and that is why we are here.

Kitchen Meetings and Impact Sessions

We are here to make sure our campus remains a respectful and supportive place to live. We often run kitchen meetings and impact sessions to facilitate conversations about behaviour and find solutions to everyday issues occurring in residences. **Please note we CANNOT HELP if you are locked out of your room or have fault/maintenance issues.
