If you would like to change the use of your existing space or request additional space, please complete a space change request form. Before requesting additional space please ensure that your current space is being used efficiently as available space is currently very limited. The multiple storey side of the Humanities building will soon be decommissioned and so space there cannot be allocated.

Annual Accommodation Round

The Annual Accommodation Round is the formal process by which University space is allocated. As part of this process departments will complete a space return to ensure that records are up to date and accurate. Space Utilisation

Careful use of resources, and more intensive use of space, are integral to the future growth of the University if we are also to deliver our sustainability ambitions. To create an active and vibrant campus, whilst reducing carbon emissions and energy use, we will need to use space differently and operate with a smaller footprint.

Meeting Rooms

The booking of meeting rooms in several locations across campus including Argent Court, Senate House (excluding the Senate House Council Chamber) and University House is centrally controlled via Microsoft Outlook.
