###### Please see [here Link opens in a new window](https://warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/finance/makingpayments/dlmba-2020)for payment dates.

###### **It is only the listed courses that are eligible for this payment scheme, all other courses please refer to the below table for payment dates.**

#### **Tuition fee instalments for courses with standard start dates**

Tuition fees for substantive (not modular) courses can be paid in three instalments. If you are on a course with a standard start date at the beginning of the academic year (end of September/beginning of October), then the usual three fee instalments are due to be paid as follows:

- 50% of tuition fees due by the start of the standard academic year (first term)
- 25% of tuition fees due on the 1st day of the second term
- 25% of tuition fees due on the 1st day of the third term

Any additional charges e.g. extension fees, face-to-face module fees are invoiced individually and will be due for payment within 21 calendar days of being added to your account.

#### **Tuition fee instalments for courses charged on a modular basis**

Courses charged on a modular basis require payment for each individual module within **21 calendar days** of the date of the invoice being applied to your student account.

#### **Tuition fee instalments for courses with non-standard start dates**

The University also runs a number of courses with start dates at other points during the academic year e.g. January, March, May or June - an example would be the PGCEi.

If your course starts at a different point during the academic year then the three instalments fall as follows:

| | | | |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| **Course starts** | **50% course fee due** | **25% course fee due** | **25% course fee due** |
