# MR1.6 (formerly known as the ARO Meeting Room) Booking Information

**Please note**: a new Outlook based process for central meeting room bookings is now in operation. This is part of a wider project to pool meeting room bookings in one place, with a view to support hybrid working, improve system efficiency and raise the standards of AV provision.

Any room already booked by the transition date (15 June 2022) will be automatically moved to the new system (Outlook), however, new bookings will now need to be made using Outlook.
