## Welcome to Spud By Eatwise

Welcome to Spud – vegetarian food, done properly!

You can’t miss Spud, our bold and brilliant vegetarian food truck based on the Piazza. We’re all about hearty, down-to-earth dishes that make the most of the humble potato. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a flavour-packed meal, Spud is here to satisfy.

We serve deliciously loaded nachos or fries, topped with all the good stuff: Guacamole, fresh salsa, cool sour cream, jalapeños and topped with nacho cheese.

Whether you’re veggie, vegan or just hungry, there’s something here to warm your belly and your soul.
