Deposit refunds

We are not able to process refunds for deposit payments - you should contact the Admissions team that processed your original course application.

Other refunds

For other refunds relating to overpayments or credit notes showing on your Student Records Online account please email studentrefunds at warwick dot ac dot uk stating 'Refund' and your student number in the subject of the email.
