[National Bullying Helpline](https://www.nationalbullyinghelpline.co.uk/) - a free confidential helpline service for anyone experiencing bullying and needing some advice.
[Bullies Out](https://bulliesout.com/) - If you are being bullied or are concerned about someone who is, you can receive help and support from a trained Mentor through the e-mentoring service.
[ChildLine:](http://www.childline.org.uk/) ChildLine is the UK's free, confidential helpline for children and young people. They offer advice and support, by phone and online, 24 hours a day. They have a designated page for bullying issues that includes a new video about building up your confidence after bullying.
