Where students find themselves in a situation that they could not have predicted and this has a negative impact on their ability to undertake their examinations, they should submit mitigating circumstances (including evidence) to their Department using the University’s Mitigating Circumstances Portal (found under the personal circumstances tab in your student Tabula page or via myWBS) as soon as possible.

Welcome to Modules, Marks and Assessment

The Modules, Marks and Assessment Team is responsible for organising over 1,000 on-campus and online examinations which are sat by over 15,000 students across the University each year.

The team also manages module approval and student module registration, Alternative Exam Arrangements, the administration of UG and PGT external examiners and provides guidance around the processing of marks data.
