**Below are the tasks you need to complete as part of enrolment. You will receive an email from the enrolment team 4-6 weeks before your course start date, or within a week of accepting your unconditional offer if this is later, asking you to complete all of the tasks below. Please do not try to complete Course Registration until you have received this email.**

## Digital services from IDG
### **To do**:
- [Register for your IT AccountLink opens in a new window](https://websignon.warwick.ac.uk/origin/account/register "Register for your ITS Account"). You will need your 7-digit Warwick ID number, which can be found in your offer email, and your date of birth to register.
**Once you have registered for an IT account, we would recommend to wait 1 hour after registration to login as it might take sometime for your account to sync properly across all systems.**

Once you have completed Course Registration, we will use your @warwick.ac.uk email address to contact you during your time at Warwick. You will be notified of things like module registration, fees/bursaries information, re-enrolment dates and graduation registration.
**Your University email is the only one we will send official messages to so please check it regularly.**

My.WBS is where you will find your WBS modules, assignments, timetable, and school-specific updates. Non‑WBS module details will not appear in your my.wbs portal, please continue using My Warwick and Tabula for non-WBS modules.
## My Warwick
The Warwick mobile app is called **My Warwick**. It's available on [iPhone Link opens in a new window](https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/my-warwick/id1162088811?mt=8)and [Android Link opens in a new window](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.ac.warwick.my.app)devices as well as on a [desktopLink opens in a new window](https://my.warwick.ac.uk/).
My Warwick pulls together information about many aspects of life at Warwick: It can be used to view your teaching timetable, keep on top of your coursework deadlines, check your emails and calendar, get bus times and traffic alerts, see a weather forecast, and more.
My Warwick sends you alerts when something needs your attention. You'll get an alert when an assignment deadline is approaching, a library book is due back soon, and so on. Your department can send you alerts if a lecture is moved or cancelled. You will also get reminders about events in your Welcome Week timetable, and alerts if a space becomes available on an event.
## Student Records Online
E-vision (Student Records Online) is the software used to for new and returning students to access course registration and update their details/make payment of fees.
You can also use Student Records Online to update your details, including your name. More information can be found [hereLink opens in a new window](https://warwick.ac.uk/services/academicoffice/studentrecords/namechange)
## Welcome Week Timetable
The Welcome Week timetable is where you will find all the events that have been automatically added for you, that are part of the Academic Induction from your department. You will also find a variety of optional events that have been organised by other members of the University community, including the Students' Union, Sports Clubs and Societies, as well as other University departments such as Wellbeing.
From early September, you will be able to [access the timetable online](https://warwick.ac.uk/students/welcome/) or through the My Warwick app.

Photo Upload
## Photo Upload
**To do:**
- **[Submit a photo](https://photos.warwick.ac.uk/enrolment)** for your Warwick ID card. You will be asked to log in using your Warwick IT account username and password.
Please upload your photo as soon as possible in order to allow time for us to produce your Warwick ID card in advance of your arrival, and please ensure that you follow the [photo guidelines](http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/services/universitycards/faq/photos) when uploading your photo. - **Postgraduate Photo Upload Deadline:** For the academic year 26/27, it is Thursday 3 September 2026. You can upload a photo after this date, but please note if you are staying in on-campus accommodation, your card may not be available with your key. If so, you can collect this separately from Senate House.
- **Undergraduate/IFP Photo Upload Deadline:** Thursday 10 September 2026. You can upload a photo after this date, but please note that if you are staying in on-campus accommodation, your card may not be available with your key. If so, you can collect this separately from Senate House.
Course Registration
## Course Registration
**To do:**
- Complete Course Registration
**[Course Registration](https://warwick.ac.uk/evision)** will open 4-6 weeks of your course start date, or within a week of you accepting your unconditional offer, whichever is later. You will receive an email inviting you to begin course registration when it opens for you.
**When you receive the email, log in to [Student Records Online](https://warwick.ac.uk/evision) to complete Course Registration.**
**If you are an international student, you will need to have received your visa before you are able to complete Course Registration ([exceptions apply if you applied for your visa in the UK](https://warwick.ac.uk/study/international/immigration/othervisas/whatvisa/visa-type/#faq-2)).**
Course Registration is the core element of enrolment at Warwick and you should complete this BEFORE you begin your studies. Course Registration is compulsory for all students and is to be completed as well as any registration activities asked of you by your academic department.

- Make sure you have access to your Enrolment Dashboard
- Complete all relevant tasks on your Enrolment Dashboard
Once you have completed Course Registration, you will be able to view your Enrolment Dashboard via [Student Records Online](https://warwick.ac.uk/evision). The number of activities listed on your Enrolment Dashboard will vary and you will only be shown the combination of the tasks listed below that are relevant to you. You are required to complete tasks in bold, if shown on your Enrolment Dashboard. We would encourage you to complete other tasks, where relevant or useful to you, before you begin your studies.

Once complete, some tasks on the Enrolment Dashboard will change to green ticks. Please note that tasks which are completed outside of Student Records Online will not change to green ticks.

## Student Conduct: what you need to know
**To do:**
- You will be automatically enrolled on our ‘Student Conduct: what you need to know’ Moodle as part of enrolment. The course outlines our expectations for behaviour as a university community and supports your journey as a Warwick student. **The course is slightly delayed due to a technical issue. You will receive an email alert with a link once the course is live and ready to access.** You will have a few weeks to complete the course once this is available. Completion is mandatory for all students, and it is important to complete it before you start your course. Pay Fees
## Pay Fees
Once you have completed Course Registration, you will be directed to the Enrolment Dashboard. Within the Pay my Tuition Fees and/or Notify Sponsorship task, you will be able to view your fee statement, make payment of your fees, arrange to set up a Direct Debit and notify the Student Finance team of any sponsorships you hold.

We take your health very seriously and want to ensure you have easy access to healthcare and have the support you need whilst studying at university. Therefore if you are living on campus or within the catchment area we encourage you to register with our campus based National Health Service (NHS) [Health CentreLink opens in a new windowLink opens in a new window](https://www.uwhc.org.uk/ "Health centre").

You'll need the following information to register:
**Term-time address** - if you are living on campus you will not know your term time address in advance, therefore, you will be asked to provide permission for the University to pass your address details to the Health Centre to complete your registration.
**NHS number** - international students new to the UK will not have an NHS number.
**Dates of immunisations** - which can be obtained from your current doctor's practice.
**Details of any current medication**
When you register with the University of Warwick Health Centre, you will be removed from your current practice (if registered elsewhere in the UK). If you are completing a distance learning course, or would prefer to stay registered with your GP at home, you should not complete the task. Note that you will be unable to receive medical treatment from the University of Warwick Health Centre if you are not registered with them, unless it is a medical emergency.
