From vibrant festivals and creative projects to relaxed spaces for connection and reflection, Together at Warwick is all about making campus feel inclusive, expressive and shaped by students like you.

**Every Weds, 2pm-4pm**

Designed and hosted by International Student Ambassadors, the Global Lounge is a friendly, drop-in space designed to help students meet new people, spark conversations, and build a sense of belonging at Warwick.

The Lounge brings together home and international students in a relaxed environment with **Free drinks, snacks, and guided ice-breaker activities.**

Term 3 Celebrations

### **Celebrations**

Our Celebrations programme offers spectacular, large-scale events that highlight the rich tapestry of cultures at Warwick. Designed primarily for students — especially those from the cultures represented — these gatherings create space for authentic expression, shared joy, and community building.

Each event combines traditional elements with student-led creativity and contemporary celebrations. Whether it’s the vibrant colours of Holi, the storytelling of Day of the Dead, or the electrifying energy of Eurovision, these occasions invite all students to come together in celebration.

Beyond entertainment, Celebrations spotlight culture and identity, fostering understanding and belonging. With 500+ attendees at each event, the programme is a highlight of the academic year, bringing people together through food, music, dance, and stories.

Celebrate the start of summer with a lively May Day festival.

Drop in throughout the afternoon for a playful mix of sports, games, crafts and feel-good moments — all designed to bring colour and energy to campus as the new term begins.

Expect:

-Giant garden games & Sports Day races\
- Flower crown making\
- Drop-in challenges and prizes\
- Creative craft stations\
- Free treats (while they last)

Here's what our other stakeholders have in store for you this term, supported by Together at Warwick.

## [Women's Night In](https://warwick.ac.uk/services/sport/active/wellbeing/womens-night-in/)

Join Warwick Sport for an evening full of activities, taster sessions, arts crafts, women’s only gym hours, climbing and more. It's an open invitation to move, create, connect, and empower.

The annual event is back for 2026 where we open our facilities to women\* to try all sorts of new activities, get active and meet new people. We provide a welcoming atmosphere to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD). \*This event is inclusive for all individuals who identify as women.

Sport and physical activity at Warwick currently has levels of engagement that do not reflect the student population, with the biggest gap being participation by Women. This event is part of a wider focus within Warwick Sport to close this gap.
