Reduction of single-use plastics
We’ve removed all single-use plastic cutlery, cups and bottles from our outlets. We incentivise our customers to use a reusable cup for takeaway drinks rewarding them with a 25p discount for doing so. All our drinks to takeaway are in cans or glass bottles.
Ecups trial
We’re launching a trial of an eCup scheme to work towards our goal of removing disposable cups from our outlets. The scheme allows customers to buy a reusable cup which can be returned to our outlets for washing and collected on their next visit, they will also be able to receive discounts and claim rewards when part of the scheme.
