## Personalised Welcome Checklist
We have now prepared your digital **Welcome Checklist** for our inbound Study Abroad students arriving at Warwick in January 2026.
You can visit your checklist on your mobile phone or computer at any time, whenever you need it. It will help you understand how to prepare for the start of term, organise your time and prioritise the things you need to do before and after you arrive.\

### Help & Support
You'll need to have received your enrolment email and registered for your IT account before you can log in. You'll receive your enrolment email 4 - 6 weeks before your course start date.

Read any emails received from the University - they'll have important information about your arrival
### International Students
[Check if you need a visa](https://warwick.ac.uk/study/international/immigration/faqs/newstudentfaqs#section3 "https://warwick.ac.uk/study/international/immigration/faqs/newstudentfaqs#section3") and if so, apply for a visa before entering the UK.
If interested in volunteering, obtain a ['Certificate of good conduct'](https://warwick.ac.uk/about/community/volunteers/resources/international/ "https://warwick.ac.uk/about/community/volunteers/resources/international/")
Check the transit visa requirements for any country where you are stopping on your route in order to avoid being denied boarding.
If you cannot arrange to have the [MenACWY vaccine](https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccinations/men-acwy-vaccine/) in your home country, you can do this after you arrive.
