## What is the PGCTS?

The Postgraduate Certificate in Transferable Skills (PGCTS) is an accredited qualification designed to enable you:

- to be a successful doctoral researcher undertaking world leading research
- to improve your research effectiveness
- to maximize your talents in your future career

- to understand what you already know and how to use those skills to maximum effect.

## Who is it for?

There are two separate courses within the PGCTS, for [PhD students](https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/transferable-skills/pgctss/phd/) and [post doctoral researchers](https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/transferable-skills/pgctss/postdoctoralresearchers/).

Applications are also welcome for the certificate or individual modules from [other interested parties](https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/transferable-skills/pgctss/otherparties/) (fees may apply).

## Is PGCTS recognised outside of Warwick?
