Applications for the URSS 2026 projects are closed. Please note, we cannot accept any applications submitted after the deadline. Applications outcome will be communicated from Monday 9 March 2026.

How to fill in the application form

The online URSS 2026 projects applicationLink opens in a new window will open on Monday 6 October. You must have the support of a Warwick academic to complete your application. You will need to provide a description of your project that can be easily understood by a non-expert reader and you will also need to provide a detailed breakdown of your project costs.

You must complete the first part of the form, including your supervisor’s contact details, and the form will then be automatically sent to the supervisor to complete and submit. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.

Please take the time to read through the application questions before you start.

Upload your bank details to eVision

Don’t forget to upload your bank details to the eVision system before you submit your URSS application. We need this information so that we can pay your bursary to you if you are successful.

Please note you can only submit bank details for UK bank accounts via our online system. If you don’t have a UK bank account, please contact urss@warwick.ac.uk before you submit your application.
