Our teams are ready to work with you to develop the personal resources and skills you need to navigate the challenges and opportunities of student life.
For a quick response, we recommend an online or in-person brief consultation with one of our Wellbeing and Student Support team, who can help you identify your needs. These brief consultations are available each week day - Monday to Friday - between 10am and 3pm.

Specialist Disability Support
Get one-to-one support for a range of needs, including mental health challenges, physical disabilities, and other conditions that may impact your experience.
Counselling and Psychotherapy Services
If you want to explore emotional or psychological issues, our Psychological Therapists can help. We offer individual, groups and email therapy. Explore our services and see a range of FAQs.
Mental Health Nurses
Mental health nurses provide confidential assessments, short-term help, and guidance to access NHS care if needed. The aim is to ensure students feel supported throughout their academic and placement experiences.
Student Health and Wellbeing Service
The Health and Wellbeing Service offers practical and emotional support to all students through a team of approachable practitioners. Students can drop in for a consultation without needing an appointment.
Sexual and Domestic Abuse Support Services
We offer specialist, tailored support for survivors of recent or historic sexual and domestic abuse. We'll listen and help you through every step of your journey.

Explore a range of self-help tools and resources designed to support your mental, physical, and overall wellbeing. Browse at your own pace and discover what works best for you.
