Scholarly Communication
Scholarly communication refers to all of the ways that research and scholarly work gets created, documented, and shared. This includes all types of academic publishing and other methods of sharing research information.
Communicating your work is an essential part of the research process. Publishing creates a tangible record of your research, allows others to build on your findings, and increases the impact of your work. Publishing is also an important part of most academic careers and can help you with funding and career progression.
