How to Apply

Postgraduate applications to Trinity are submittedvia the page of the course you wish to study.

Completing an Application

In your application you will see these steps:

  6. Personal Statement
  7. References
  8. Additional Documentation
  9. Terms and conditions & Declaration

Any fields that are mandatory are marked with an asterisk. When each step is completed you will see a green tick in the application checklist bar.

If you haven't completed your application and wish to save your information, click the 'Save and Close' button. If you wish to save your information and proceed to the next step, click the 'Save and Proceed' button.

Confirm the school leaving qualification you will be presenting and the date you will be completing this

If you have not completed your exams, you can enter the approximate future date of when your exams are due to take place.

If you are from a predominately non-English speaking country, please complete the English Language Proficiency section. If you have not completed this at the time of your application, you can enter a grade of N/A. For the date of exam, you can enter the approximate future date of when your exams are due to take place.

Please explain why you have chosen to study at Trinity College Dublin, what you hope to gain academically from the courses you chose, and what you can contribute to Trinity during your stay here.
