Our second round of recruitment for our fourth cohort of PhD students (starting in September 2022) to join the [UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Speech and Language Technologies (SLT) and their Applications](https://slt-cdt.sheffield.ac.uk) closes shortly after the Easter break (6 May). The CDT is hosted by the [Department of Computer Science at the University of Sheffield](https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/dcs). We are keen to raise awareness of this recruitment round with relevant students across the UK.\
