For those of you who are not familiar with [Cadence](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadence_Design_Systems), they are the market leader in software EDA (Electronic Design Automation) products used to design electronic chips([AMD’s recently announced EPYC003](https://community.cadence.com/cadence_blogs_8/b/breakfast-bytes/posts/amdvid) ), using a data *framework* which seamlessly facilitates design abstractions to flow between different toolsets for analysis in different domains.  You could think of it as turbocharged Multisim/Ultiboard:
