Module Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this module, students will be able to:

  1. know how to work in a team
  2. be able to participate effectively in a team interview
  3. be able to deal with difficult and messy problems
  4. specifically, know how to analyse a complex situation with several problems and to apply analytical tools to solve those problems
  5. be able to make presentations to senior executives
  6. be able to write and present a high quality business report

Module Content

This is a problem based learning module.  It requires students to apply what they have learned in other modules in MSISS in a simulated real life problem.  Specific topics addressed include team working, interviewing, problem solving, conflict resolution, reporting writing and self organising skills
