## Our teaching
The University of Leeds has been teaching academic English to international students for almost 50 years. The Language Centre is part of the [School of Languages, Cultures and Societies](https://ahc.leeds.ac.uk/languages) and our teaching staff contribute to [academic research in language teaching](https://languagescholar.leeds.ac.uk/). This research informs our course content, which means you’ll receive high quality teaching designed to help you get the most out of your studies.
