You can voice your ideas and influence change at the University through a network of postgraduate researcher representatives.

A strong and successful partnership between the Doctoral College and [Leeds University Union](https://www.luu.ac.uk/welcome/) (LUU) ensures that, as a current researcher, you can directly shape and improve the Leeds postgraduate researcher experience.

LUU recruits, trains and coordinates a network of around 90 postgraduate researchers, representing all academic schools.

Postgraduate research representatives regularly meet with the Dean of the Doctoral College and the LUU Education Officer to discuss ideas and resolve issues.

With oversight of the postgraduate research community and links across the University, the Doctoral College works with LUU and the representatives’ network to make improvements for researchers.
