Student Stories Master - Student Stories Master Biomedical Engineering and Medical Engineering

"I’m developing nanomedicine"

I got interested in organic chemistry and nanomedicine during my bachelor’s program: it’s a great combination of chemistry and biological processes. So far, I’m enjoying the group projects in the master’s degree program – the small groups make sure you are very involved and learn a lot. The courses and projects are very diverse, and I’m especially looking forward to the protein engineering course next quartile.

I’m very satisfied with the university and the master’s program. There is a lot to do in terms of activities, student teams and committees. The lectures are all very interesting and include real-world developments as much as possible. I’d love a career in research and development at a chemical or pharmaceutical company. This master’s program is very broad, so you can steer it towards what you’re interested in and the kind of job you’d like to get.
