Note: The information on this page applies to applications for the academic year 2026–2027.\ \ Applicants who have completed their previous education outside the Netherlands or at an international school within the Netherlands are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of €100 per application.\ \ Proof of payment must be uploaded in the online application form. A copy of your bank transfer order is sufficient. Please note: if the full fee is not received, we will unfortunately be unable to process your application.\ \ The application fee cannot be paid in cash, by credit card, by banker's draft, or by cheque. It is also not to pay in installments.

Payment instructions

To transfer the application fee from a foreign bank account, please use the following details on on your international bank transfer form:

• Your full name and date of birth (especially important if someone else is making the payment)

Ensure that the full amount is received by TU/e.  Any bank transfer fees must be paid in addition to the application fee. TU/e must not be charged for these costs.

Exemption for countries where restrictive measures (sanctions) are in force

Due to international sanctions, TU/e is unable to accept direct or indirect financial transactions from or involving the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, and Syria.\ If you reside in or hold the nationality of one of these countries, do not transfer the application fee. Instead, please provide the requested details in the OSIRIS application form.
