## "I AM PREPARING EXISTING HOUSES FOR THE FUTURE"

I am making a renovation plan for high-rise flats from the 1960s and 1970s, to make it possible to renovate them faster in terms of energy and comfort. If renovation can be done faster, that is a big gain, especially if the houses become more comfortable and still remain affordable. This project has the right depth for me – it is very technical but we still look at the building as a whole.

In this master you can really follow your interest. It is challenging, but if you know what you are working for, it is worth it. You can already get a taste of many directions. Later I would like to work on different aspects of the energy transition. I am curious about the future and I hope to always be able to keep learning about this subject.
