Biography
Mauricio Pettinato Lucio is currently an Adjunct Lecturer for the MSIN0047 - Entrepreneurial Finance for the MSc Entrepreneurship programme.
Mauricio brings extensive professional and entrepreneurial experience, having successfully founded multiple businesses and led two consultancy firms in the mineral and environmental sector in São Paulo, Brazil. As Managing Director, he was responsible for both technical and financial operations, gaining broad expertise across strategic, operational, and industry-focused dimensions.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and a MSc Mineral Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, and a MSc in Entrepreneurship from UCL. His interests include finance, emerging technologies, and sustainable entrepreneurship.
