If you are concerned about a student's wellbeing following an incident, please inform UCL Student Support and Wellbeing Services by completing theStudent of Concern form. This enables the Student Support and Wellbeing Services team to provide follow-up support and signpost the student to the relevant services as necessary.

The form is monitored between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. The Student Support and Wellbeing Services aim to respond to any concerns as soon as possible within a 48-hour timeframe.
